During 2022, 23 and 24 I had a few opportunities to return to help with clean up after some flooding in southern NY and use my chainsaw skills to cut up some trees that had fallen during heavy windstorms in Rome, where I had pastored a decade ago. These were short two or three day work projects.

From July 21-26 a group of youth, leaders and pastors from the New Market and Mt Carmel UMC's participated in a mission trip in San Juan, Puerto Rico. You can read my daily blog about the trip here:  Youth MIssion Trip 

From February 12-21 I participated in a team of 31 pilgrims from the Upper NY Conference of the UMC to Africa University in Zimbabwe. We also travelled to Victoria Falls for safaris and sightseeing. Here is my daily blog:  AU Log
